2025 ATA Annual meeting
You’re invited to join us in Kodiak, Alaska for the ATA Annual Meeting. Kodiak Island is the largest island in Alaska (second largest in the U.S. right behind the big island of Hawaii) and is well known for its commercial fisheries and grizzly bear hunting, among many other outdoor activities.
Registration for the Annual Meeting will open in early spring 2025. However, we encourage everyone to get flights and hotels reserved early. Below is some additional information that will assist you planning your trip.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
The conference will be hosted at the Kodiak Marketplace, centrally located in downtown Kodiak at 111 Rezanof Dr W, Kodiak, AK 99615.
For making travels arrangements, the schedule is outlined below:
Monday, May 12th

Lodging
ATA has contracted room blocks at two hotels in Kodiak: the Best Western Kodiak Inn and the Compass Suites Hotel. However, these will not host all of the attendees we are hoping to have join us. Below you will also find other several other hotels, AirBnB and VRBO options in Kodiak.
Best Western Kodiak Inn
Situated within easy walking distance of the conference venue in downtown Kodiak, the Best Western offers picturesque views and a hot continental breakfast each morning.
There is a van shuttle providing pick-up and drop-off for Alaska Airlines flights, and for the ferry terminal (from 5 am – 9 pm). Guests can call the front desk of their hotel when they arrive to arrange pick-up.
Make reservations by calling the hotel directly at (907) 486-5712 and note that you are with the Alaska Telecom Association group. Reservations must be made by April 25, 2025.
Kodiak Compass Suites
Located in the heart of downtown Kodiak and within easy walking distance to the conference venue, the Kodiak Compass Suites offers beautiful harbor views and simple home style amenities. A basic continental breakfast is served every morning at this hotel.

Additional Lodging in Kodiak
Although ATA contracted with the two previous hotels for guest rooms, these will not host all of the attendees that we are hoping to have join us.
